We keep up with RevOps trends, and this week, I wanted to share some of my thoughts about AI and its use.

The concept of "early adopters" and "laggards" often comes from the Diffusion of Innovations theory, which categorizes the adoption of a new product or technology into different segments.

These segments include:

1. Innovators (2.5%)

2. Early Adopters (13.5%)

3. Early Majority (34%)

4. Late Majority (34%)

5. Laggards (16%)

Those who adopt AI Technologies, such as the Early Majority, Late Majority, and Laggards, will be left behind 100%.

One of the best ways to harness the power of AI is by asking questions—especially smart ones. Prompting AI effectively is all about the quality of the questions you ask.

Those who consistently ask intelligent questions will find themselves getting smarter and more insightful responses. This curiosity-driven approach can outpace traditional education.

If you paid $85,000 for a college degree but don't leverage AI by asking it questions, you'll be at a disadvantage compared to those who remain curious and constantly seek AI's input.

Personally, I ask ChatGPT about 50 questions a day.
